maybe it's "weak" comparing to the just other schools in the area. it could be a highly competitive area.

ive taken 4, and im taking 4... so a total of 8. and i got a's in all of them...my school offers 21...so my class rank is 65/490... which totally blows... i hope they consider this.

by the end of senior year i will most likely have completed 11 Aps, and perhaps a calc3 course at a cal state

you guys are lucky ;-(

my school only had 6Ap classes but they removed one!
so my school is offering
Ap caculus
Ap US history
Ap european history
ap engilsh
ap spanish

I am planning to take all of it except spanish.

oh boy! this is not good at all ;-(

Took 3 sophomore year, 3 junior year, and taking 4 this year.

Took:
Macro-3
US Gov-4
World History-5
Phys B-4
English Lang-5
Calc BC-5 (AB-5)
Phys C-??
Env Sci-??
French Lang-??
English Lit-??

my school thinks it is too good to offer AP classes. They say teaching kids to take a test hinders the learning experience. They also say the information tested on those tests is not an accurate representation of the information related to the subject on the holistic approach. Due to the demmand, we offer one AP class: calculus

your school's right... but sadly most colleges use these tests to evaluate their applicants.

Well, for whoever asked about taking 2 AP science classes in one year, meh..it's alright. I'm taking Physics C and Bio together this year.. I can still get an average of 25 hours of sleep/wk so it's ok. Of course, I'm taking 7 APs this year so that might add to my not being able to do much of anything afterschool. So, in total, by the end of high school, I will have taken 10 APs.
Eh, my school offers like..all of them.
Let's see, from what I can think of:
Physics C
Physics B
Calc AB
Calc BC
Latin Vergil
Spanish
French
Environmental Science
Bio
Chem
Lit/Comp
Language/Comp
Art
Microecon
Macroecon
Gov
Psychology
Stat
Comp Sci
US History
World History
Euro History
And um..there might be more. I just can't remember. But yea, that's pretty much all of it, isn't it?
And I will have taken World History, US History, Chem, Bio, Physics C, Calc AB, Pysch, Microecon, Macroecon, and Lit/Comp. Wish I could take more D:

thanks for the answer teahelps about the simultaneous sciences. i'll be taking 3 as a junior with the two sciences and us his so i think i'll be alright. i could in theory drop latin and take ap govt but i really don't feel like it and i have an aversion for history courses at my school in general.
