<p>I don’t get why people said prideful instead of reliant. The first sentence of the paragraph clearly stated that the wind power or whatever was 27. Then it goes on to talk about Orville’s instrument which said it was 24, then about the government’s tool, which said it was 27… So I thought it was reliant.</p>

<p>No. the second sentence made it pretty clear that the reading was from the government. Which would make the 3rd sentence unneccessary, if it did not show that they were reliant.</p>
