Will Pomona offer a summer or fall 2015 lacrosse camp? My daughter has played lacrosse year round since 7th grade and become become quite a high school/club player with an interest to play for a top western academic college. Please advise as I am setting up several college campus visits in early/mid-July for her. Thanks
The coach and her brothers and sister run a series of camps during the summer, but it looks like they’re mostly back east this year: http://www.queenerlax.com. Regardless, you should definitely have your daughter email the coach to let her know she is interested: sarah.queener@pomona.edu. It’s possible that some of the players might be around campus this summer doing research, etc. and she might be able to meet with one of them.
The coach was expecting a baby this summer so she may not be traveling to the camps this year.
