Im working on my portfolio and I was wondering what size paper should my images be on. currently I have most of my pencil drawings on 14X17 inch paper. Should I put my images on bigger paper or just enlarge them on my computer.

PS im applying to Mass Art, Parsons, and the art institute in Boston

You will need to check with each school, as they establish their own criteria for the portfolio submittal. For example, Parsons will not take any paper at all (regardless of size); there you have to submit your portfolio in the form of slides, CD-ROM, DVD, VHS, or website. See:

Parsons - Apply - Undergraduate - Portfolio Instructions

what I mean is when I put them on slides or CD's will I have to make them bigger on the computer or is 14x17 big enough. Im not actually sending the paper copies

14x17 should be fine... I wouldn't suggest blowing it up any larger on photoshop because that would probably decrease the quality/resolution of the image, and it would make the file size too big (most schools seem to prefer that each image be less than or around 1MB).

thnx for the info just needed to make sure
