This one might be more of a case by case thing. I play the guitar (acoustic) and I’m also a classically trained vocalist (I had vocal lessons for 8 years). I’m curious as to whether I should do one song for my supplemental (a classical one) or two songs, one classic and one contemporary with the guitar. I’m only really applying to small liberal arts colleges (Kenyon, Vassar, Hamilton, etc). Idk is doing the guitar with the singing unnecessary? (btw, if it’s really depends on the college, I’ll definitely reach out to them all, it just seems a little redundant if there’s a solid consensus).
