possible AP self-study subjects

I was wondering what AP subjects can be done with self-study. i know that they're all lots of hard work but i'm current considering:

biology (i'm taking AP chem next year and i'm taking a bio course this year)
human geography
psychology (i've heard that it's lots of memorization)
us history (i've taken a us history course but i've heard that the AP is much more specific)
art history (i heard that it's a really hard course, but i'm still curious)
environmental science

Anybody have any suggestions? If any of the above topics can be self-study, anyone have any recommendations for the books to use? Thanks in advance!

human geo and psy im currently self studyin right now along with physics b and us govt and they r stupidly easy most of it is common sense

in reality, anything is possible...

the easiest ones though are psych, human geo, and gov't.

Bio - self study if you're good at memorization. Cliffs
Human Geography - easy self study. Barrons
Psychology - easy self study. Barrons
US History - not sure. AMSCO
Art History - not sure. The Annotated Mona Lisa/REA
ES - possible self study, idk how hard. Smartypants (there are few ES prep books compared to other subjects)
