<p>Ok so I am transfering to a SoCal school this upcoming winter/spring semester from a school in south dakota. I have lived with my aunt who lives in Southern california for a month or so 2 years ago. Then I started going to school up here, I have residency in montana from where i graduated high school. Is it possible to say that I live in LA and I have lived there with family prior to going to college, to get instate tuition in SoCal? If not when at the earliest could I apply for residency?</p>
