Possible problem with USConnect Application Portal

<p>I am currently experiencing a problem with the USConnect admissions portal, where - when accessing it - I am greeted with this message</p>

<p>"We are unable to locate your record in this service database, please confirm your USCID is valid (it should contain 10 numeric digits) in the My Profile tab of USConnect. If this problem persists, please contact us ). Error code:ID2 "</p>

<p>I looked to the past and found similar problems, and I am not going to discern some deeper meaning into it, but does anyone know any more information about why this happened and if I should contact the admissions department?</p>

<p>It is happening on my sons portal too. It’s probably just their system glitching. Give it a day.</p>

<p>@Understated and @GamerGal27, are you still having that glitch? Today my son’s portal is saying the same thing.</p>

<p>My daughters USConnect admissions portal has had the same message since Feb.26th.
She has checked it everyday and no change. </p>

<p>Yeah mine was fine for the last couple of days but I just go the same message. I emailed the USConnect staff and they said they were working on it. I think its just a routine glitch, makes sense since admissions decisions will be mailed out soon( and by soon I mean in the next 4 weeks).</p>

<p>My son’s was ok until today, now the same thing.</p>
