I dropped out of high school due to some medical and emotional issues.
I took every single honor/AP course available for my grade when I attended high school and was always in the top 5% of students in my grade. Right now, my plan is to take the GED and apply for college. If I have good reccomendations, a well written essay, a considerable amount of community service, and scored a 2380 on my SATs, along with other achievements, what are my chances of being admitted into a decent college? Or is it required for me to attend a community college for 2 years first, then transfer to a 4 year college? Also, I entered school 1 year early, so I have the option of waiting another year to build up credits before applying to college.
Advice would be appreciated.

What do you consider to be a decent college? Also I am assuming you had a 3.8+ uw before you dropped out, is that correct?

I consider a decent college to be in the range of NYU, BC, and GIT.
Out of a 5.0 my average GPA was a 3.8-4.1
