possible to get an 1800+?

Hi...right now all my PSAT and SAT practice scores are 1350-1450 range(out of 2400)....i get around 410 in math, 480 in critical reading, and 430 in writing (7 on essay, 43/80 grammar)

I was wondering if it is possible to get my scores to the 1800+ range(at least)
I am currently taking a princeton review class but it does not seem to help.

I was also wondering what books i can use besides college board( one main book and 3 separate books for each section)

I am planning on taking my SAT in March but if the grades arent where i want them to be, I will take it again in June(thats 5 months of practice).

So, is it possible to get an 1800+ in 5 months...if so how?

Thanks

Practice makes perfect! So, practice, practice and practice!

Well, I've made about 200 points in a month by practicing and learning words. I'm sure a 5 months term can do a lot to your scores.

I'm pretty sure 2 days of hard studying can get your scores up.
Especially since I am in that predicament right now...lets see how my predictions hold up.

Yeah…and I’m pretty sure than a couple of hours can get your scores up…especially when I was preparing for my Physics class in school. I have covered half year programm in 5-6 hours…
