<p>Damn it, I just can't start. I got 50 pages into "how to read like a professor" before I couldn't take it anymore. now I'm 100 pages into Wuthering Heights, and I just can't keep going. ARRRRGGHGGGHGH!!!</p>
<p>APUSH, 2 essays + test 2nd week back.</p>
<p>AP English- Read 3 books (most aren't even classics. In fact, just to give posters an idea of how stupid this list is, the book PREP is included!!! Just another one of my school's stupid plans to "make reading fun again!")</p>
<p>AP Bio- read/take notes on 6 chapters, complete "activities" for each chapter, complete online quiz, giant test as soon as we come back. Aaaand... I haven't started. Blehhhh.</p>
<p>Rest- no homework...</p>
<p>Dang... you guys have a lot more summer assignments than I do! And I thought I had a lot... well, I still haven't started mine yet but I should be doing it now ha, w/e</p>

<p>Goodness, your schools all seem to expect so much. The only summer assignments my school gives (as far as I'm aware) is a school-wide summer book and 1-2 books for kids on the advanced English track.</p>

-APUSH we had to outline 4 chapters (120 pgs) of our textbook and create an annotated bibliography for an essay prompt
-AP Span 5 3 page long articles w/ 5 pgs of mc,short answer, and essay q's
-AP Bio Vocab list of about 100 words, memorized
-AP English Read Their Eyes were Watching God (boring) by Hurston, write a 3 page paper on it, and memorize the vocab terms for a horrible fill in the blank test of about 75 terms.
-AP Span Lit Read 6 10 page short stories and parables. Answer about 5 questions per story for 5 of the stories.
-AP Eng Lit Read A Farewell to Arms by Hemingway, respond to prompt, 3 pgs, read My Last Duchess by Browning, respond to prompt, 3 pgs.
read 7 short stories/articles and write one page response
read Mythology by Edith Hamilton, be ready for test 1st or 2nd week on I, II</p>
<p>My favorite part is when they say relax and have a nice summer.</p>
<p>^^^ Haha... damn, what's the point of the class if you have to study for the actual class beforehand? That doesn't make any sense to me.</p>

Read and Outline the first nine chapters (apx 200 pages) [The American Pageant] and do a huge packet on all nine chapters.</p>
<p>AP English Composition
Read "The Scarlett Letter" That's all! Yay me!</p>
<p>School starts soon and haven't started, yay me again. First in my class and I still don't do anything!</p>
