Post baccalaureate: Financial Aid

I recently graduated with a degree in Business Management and now I want to pursue a degree in Engineering. For my first degree I was eligible for financial aid, but I'm not sure if I'll be rewarded with aid for my second degree. I've read online that Universities in the U.S. do not reward returning students for a second bachelors degree. Does anybody know if financial aid is available for post baccalaureate students? Or will I have to pay tuition out of my own pocket?

Second bachelors degree students can get Stafford loans, but you are subject to lifetime limits (you can reborrow amounts that you have already repaid). You are also bound by the year-in-school undergrad limits.

That's all that is normally available in terms of federal aid.
