<p>While you cannot move the furniture in Sharp, I have found it really isn’t an issue. The way it is set up you actually get a little more storage space than in Monroe… and unless you are bunking beds in Monroe the setup will likely stay very similar. I don’t recommend bunking beds by the way… waking up to your roommate with a friend is never fun… especially when you’re the top bunk and escape is obvious.</p>

<p>The windows open up about 7 inches. This is to avoid fall risks and also keep the windows from being damaged and falling off tracks. One year in Sharp a window fell out because they opened it way too wide and slammed it.</p>

<p>My room had exposed brick with no paint over it… as do the majority of Sharp rooms. You probably just saw the random one that didn’t.</p>
