Hi - I'm sure "My chances" threads are tedious, but I'd also really like to know how much post-UG work experience helps tip your chances at a top school.

I went to a T25, big, Boston school for undergrad, notorious for grade deflation,
GPA 3.3 cum laude - BA in French Language and Lit.
I began working immediately after graduation (2006) as an immigration advisor at the same school. I work partly in academia (with students, faculty, admins) but also work heavily with DOS, Homeland Security, and Customs/Border Patrol.
I am fluent in 4 languages, and am also half Hispanic.
I'm interested in studying international/immigration law.
I am also nearly finished a MS in International Communication GPA 3.5

With practice LSAT's between 163-165 - how high up the list is realistic?

Your comments are greatly appreciated!
