I would join some clubs but I don’t have transportation and I live >10 miles away from my school. Any suggestions?

@adolescentnerd Maybe join clubs that have lunch meetings? Most clubs at my school (other than speech/debate and DECA) meet during lunch. If you take the bus home, you can check if there’s a late bus.

Before 0 period I have Seminary (basically scripture study at my church)

Changing AP Art History to AP Psych

Changed my schedule today!

Freshman:

Piano and Electric Keyboard
AP Human Geography
Honors Geometry
-Lunch-
Biology
French 1
Honors English 9
Honors Algebra 2

Really not much was changed. I dropped Computer Apps (3rd period), switched Honors Geometry from 1st to 3rd period, and added Piano. I decided to add Piano since I need 2 semesters of fine arts. The only other option would be to add Ancient or Modern World History (or some random elective), but I was going to take those in summer school anyway. I feel kind of bad just leaving Computer. But I’m going to see the teacher in AP Computer Science in a few years anyway :)

I go to a sub-par, smaller than average public school. The nice thing is bureaucracy is easy to get past with adequate persistence. Let’s see:
Calc BC comes from accelerating early
Human geo is filling the spot that band would’ve taken (schedule conflicts + lack of interest).
Physics 1 instead of the “mandatory” health and gym.
AP US history is the substitute for regular us history.
AP Chem since I took honors bio and chem freshman year.
My counselor said she hadn’t seen any sophomore take so many APs one year. School hasn’t started yet for me; I don’t know how much hw I’ll have per night, but I hope it isn’t too much!

Junior:

1: Honors Algebra II
2: Honors English III
3: Honors Spanish III
4: Anatomy & Physiology
5: PE
6: Honors American Studies: 60-90’s
7: AP U.S History
8: AP Physics I

I feel like a slacker compared to a lot of you guys. :stuck_out_tongue:

Junior Year:
AP English Lang
Japanese IVH
AP Calculus BC
Wind Symphony
AP Physics I
APUSH

I got dropped into Physics I from Physics C due to a schedule conflict, and I can’t take AP Bio either. Really annoying.

Senior:

AP Music Theory
AP Psychology
Gov/Music Appreciation (alternates based on day)
AP French
Brit Lit/Advanced Women’s Choir
Statistics

Boy, I feel underwhelmed now, seeing some of your schedules :P

@codexsplanade‌
I took honors Music Theory, just to get a taste of it, and I almost died. I love music and I play an instrument, but the class was insanely boring for me, and I already knew a lot of the stuff in the class. I only took it just in case I wanted to take AP Music Theory. You seem like you have a passion for music, which is great for college!
