Post your high school class schedule for next year

Senior!

AP English Literature
AP Statistics
AP Comparative Gov&Econ
AP [have to choose a science now that Physics B is kind of out of the picture for teacher reasons]
French 3
AP Art History OR TA. I’m really fascinated by art history but there are some teachers I would really like to pay back.

Probably for senior year:

  1. AP Physics
  2. World History
  3. AP Calc BC
  4. AP Lit
  5. Latin IV
  6. Band

Better Schedule:

  1. Organic Chemistry at local university
  2. Same. ORGO runs from 8:30-9:30 which takes up most of 1st and 2nd hour.
  3. AP Calc BC
  4. AP Lit
  5. Latin IV
  6. Band
    take AP world history online

My senior year.

At school.

IB Computer Science HL
IB Math HL 2
IB Chem HL 2
IB English HL 2
IB History HL 2
IB Spanish V SL
IB TOK

At community college

Discrete Mathematics
Differential Equations
Linear Algebra
Vector Calculus(MVC)

Won’t have a high school schedule next year :)

That looks like an evil senior year courseload.

Not going to be in HS buahahaha

Senior year! People call me crazy, but this just looks weak compared to others’ on CC.

AP Comp Gov & Pol (the two gov & pol exams are combined in one course)
AP US Gov & Pol
AP Physics C or Bio (will have to see how Physics goes, so far it’s super fun)
AP English Lit & Comp
AP Calc AB (not looking forward to this, already got B 1st quarter pre-calc)
AP Stats
Honors French V (AP exam optional, probably will test for shytsngiggles)

Grade 11 (these are all of my possible choices… we’re officially signing up for classes in April, lol):
I’m Canadian so AP is kind of new here… and my school system is just weird.

Calculus & Vectors 12 Advanced –> AP exam
Advanced Functions 12 Advanced –> AP exam? (not sure what it would be if there is…)
Biology 11 Advanced
Chemistry 11 Advanced
Physics 11 Advanced
Mathematics of Data Management 12 (elective)
Introduction to Computer Science 11 (elective)
Accounting 12 (elective)
French 11 Advanced
English 11 Advanced
Career Studies 10 -.- (mandatory course, wouldn’t fit in my schedule this year)
Instrumental Music 11 with morning Band Repertoire (elective)
International Business Fundamentals 12 (elective)
Business Leadership: Management Fundamentals 12 (elective)
AP Statistics Exam (they say it goes with Data Management, if not… self-study)
AP Micro and/or Macroeconomics (self-study)
AP Psychology (self-study)

My schedule can’t hold all of those classes next year, so I might take Advanced Functions in summer school before grade 11 starts. If that doesn’t work out, I’ll do physics in summer school, which will mean I’ll write the AP exam next year. And my grade 12 electives can wait until grade 12, if they have to. Some of the self-study APs are going to have to wait too… I don’t really know what I’m going to do yet, haha.

If I chose from these classes, would it be “rigorous”? Those are the hardest classes offered to me, so I hope so. D:

Junior:

AP US History
AP English
AP Physics C (scared *****less)
AP Biology
AP Spanish
AP Calculus BC

Might self-study AP Human or Environmental Science.

Junior:

AP English
Government and Economics
Pre Calculus H
Biology H
Anatomy and Physiology or Spanish III H
Filmmaking
Korean at Community College
Self studying AP Japanese

I’m teaching myself Japanese, so I’m taking the AP test for Japanese, and I’m taking Korean at CC so I’m not sure if I want to take Spanish III H or audit it or double up in sciences… xD

Edit: I remember this very topic for this year… :)

Senior:

Woodshop
Metalshop
Boat Building
Lunch
Finger Painting
Learning to Read

I hope i can get into a good school.

^Finger painting killed my GPA. Are you sure you can handle that extremely intense courseload for Lunch. It can be brutal. Good luck to you: You’ll need it.

Learning to read killed my sophomore year. So much stress. Switch courses, it’s not necessary for life.

AP Learning to Read with Literature is even worse. Look at the reading schedule for the semester:
Dr. Seuss “Hop on Pop”
Captain Underpants
Junie B. Jones

I managed to get a 5 on the exam. Somehow.
Reading the hungry caterpillar sucked.
And the FRQ was hell.

The DBQ was even worse.

Read the following story, then answer the question.
“Bob is a dog. See Bob run. See Bob go. Nice job Bob! You are a great dog!”
Who is Bob? What does Bob do? Did you like the story?

Argh… that’s painful.

AP Computation was ********…

Making me do something like

“Billy has 5 apples. Susan comes with her 6 apples and takes 2 of Billy’s. How many does Susan have?”

How many of what?

Granted, AP Alphabet was the hardest.

You had to recite the alphabet forwards, then backwards, then you had to say 10 different words.

Some amazing schedules there fellas.

I have to take pre-IB French next semester -___-
And um, I have very minimal experiences with French and I’m probably taking IB Spanish… this is going to be tricky…
