TheYankInLondon… you’re saying you’re as intelligent as Kasparov?

Both are measurements frequently tossed around in discussions of ability. Both are measurements that don’t quite work.

LOL, my EQ was 90…but I’ve been stressed out/dealing with personal problems lately, so that may have contributed to it. Or maybe I’m just a freak. …Am I the only one who hated those stupid Ellen and Aisha picture questions?!

EQ = 123
According to your self-report answers, your emotional intelligence is good. People who score like you do feel that they have little trouble understanding and dealing with their own emotions and those of others. They generally are able to overcome difficulties in their lives and they are able to control their moods in all but the most trying of times. It’s easy for them to motivate themselves to overcome obstacles and reach their goals. In addition, they find social interactions to be quite easy and fulfilling, for several reasons. They are comfortable allowing themselves to get close with others, and feel comfortable being vulnerable enough to establish intimacy. They also report having an easy time offering support to others; this is likely due to an empathetic nature and a clear mind when it comes to offering good advice.

Facts Curator

Like a meticulous collector, you’ve fed your brain a unique set of facts and figures over the years. Words, numbers, you’ve got it all. That’s what makes you a Facts Curator.

Whether or not you intend to absorb every piece of information that comes your way, your mind has certain steel-trap qualities to it. You are a knowledge sponge. You have almost enough words in your head to fill a dictionary, and you’re equally adept when it comes to manipulating numbers. You can also detect important patterns in number sequences, and probably remember the mnemonic devices you were taught in grade school. You may feel comfortable in classroom settings where absorbing details is critical. You’re also able to learn from example and piece together all the little facts in life to get to the big picture. That’s why you never stop accumulating information as you walk through life.

Your strengths lie in both the verbal and math realms — placing you in the same arena as someone like Bill Gates. Gates has the ability to not only store and retrieve an especially large amount of specialized data, but to translate and present that information to the population at large. His entire empire is based on this unique talent. And to think — your brain works in this same way! When it comes right down to it, you and other Facts Curators can ride a wave of information to live a truly enriched life.

I really wonder what my EQ is, but I am to lazy to answer questions lol.

My IQ is normal, says my mom. That is around a 100 I believe? Not sure.

Edit:
IQ Scale

Over 140 - Genius or almost genius
120 - 140 - Very superior intelligence
110 - 119 - Superior intelligence
90 - 109 - Average or normal intelligence
80 - 89 - Dullness
70 - 79 - Borderline deficiency in intelligence
Under 70 - Feeble-mindedness

So everyone here is ‘Very Superior’ or greater so it seems. Figures ^.^

IQ - 131 (Insightful Linguist)
EQ - 139

My IQ was never this high. I really wonder how accurate the online IQ tests are.

I was under the assumption that 145 was genius. Otherwise, I’m a genius hahaah

IQ: 143

10char

IQ: 142 (Facts curator)
EQ: 116 (86th percentile)

Tickle has closed down apparently. So I took the one on the TestQ website.

Visionary Philosopher
Your IQ Score is: 136

EQ: 91

just a little lopsided lol

EQ of 123
IQ of 135 (facts curator)

EQ: 58 0_0 I was not expecting it to be THAT low. Wow. Just wow.

IQ: 122 Word Warrior

This contradicts my EQ so much, it’s unbelievable. Are these things even accurate, lol?

IQ: 137 (Complex Intellectual)
EQ: 120

IQ: 139
EQ: eh… 55

^ I’m not so alone or socially ■■■■■■■■ after all. Yay! :)

lol, I’m the ruler of being socially inept.

ETA: LOL @ the ads on this page. “Miley Cyrus’ IQ is 110, can you beat that?”

I remember doing the IQ test last year or 2 years ago, and got a 144 (the highest possible score on the test, if I remember correctly). I’m not doing the EQ test. How the hell do you guys have the patience to go through and attempt to objectively answer over a hundred questions?

EQ: 81. Has Lie to Me lied to me about facial expressions? :O

IQ: 138. I didn’t want to register but this is what I got a while back.

EQ is BS. I scored 81 after getting B’s in classes where I expected A’s, and then scored 119 after getting A’s in my other 2 classes. I mean, it should vary slightly with mood, but not that much.

96 EQ, 135 IQ…
I usually score a lot higher on EQ tests - around 110 or 120. Maybe I just got bored around the end and stopped focusing on the questions.
