<p>@Coolbrezze: I’m actually heading there to live, not for college. I’ll be in Iowa City, a few minutes from the University of Iowa. lol, maybe we’ll see each other around.</p>

<p>Edit: from the pictures I saw of the place, there doesn’t seem to be anything remarkable about it:/.</p>

<p>Oh, the pictures were taken by my dad when he tried to convince me that my future home is such a wonderful place (and for other reasons). Admittedly, he’s not that good of a photographer, so I guess I can blame him for the unflattering photos and for my poor perception of Iowa.</p>

I also will suggest to check the dailyiowan website daily to read up information, including the multimedia section which present daily headline pictures.

<p>My Iowa friend also likes to post photo albums on facebook of himself lounging about with his various girlfriends. I sometimes wonder if he takes them down after he moves on to the next girl.</p>
