I bet all of you got 100% on all the sections.

For me, it's quite a different story. Of course, I always do these at night. Thus, I am perhaps somewhat fatigued. But let's skip excuses. I misread, dang nabbit! OK, that's for the math section mainly. I rush a little too much, perhaps.

The writing section sucks. Some people can train themselves to spot errors in writing... that's a good talent. I can, but to a limited degree. So, is (E) NO FREAKING ERROR ever an option? In my infinite wisdom I decided to click on that. Oopsy daisy. And then I went back and tried all the other answers, nope. Dang SAT QUESTION OF THE DAY WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME? Now at this stage, it's a soliloquy in my mind, telling myself to a) not rush, and b) I'm stupid. Finally, after an eternity of the ill-fated guess and check, I find the obscure answer. Stupid seas in the polar region. Ahahahaha pronoun errors. I'd like to pronoun you, SAT QOTD. Shoot, what am I saying. I need some work.

Enough with my incessant chatter...
Critical Reading 14/14 100%
Mathematics 10/13 77%
Writing 11/14 79%
Total 35/41 85%

Oh how oh how can I achieve the high rank of the PSAT national merit scholarship? Tell me, Mr Question of the Day. Oh how oh how can I get that 2400?

I've never done it, but now that I think of it, I should start this year because I'll be taking the SAT and some subject tests after the end of the year (sophomore).

But dang, I suck. :( That's not going to get me in anything close to a halfway decent school.

If I'm going to take this test in OCT, and given the PSAT is also in OCT, I'm probably quite screwed if I don't start doing better on these SATQOTD's.

Am I correct that the site only tallies for you if you sign in after you answer the question (assuming that you're subscribed to the email service)? That's how it's been for me, and I rarely bother to sign in unless I happen to need something else from the site.

Ironically, I got my first problem wrong today =P
I do the Questions of the Day way too quickly... I figured out that x=3, and then squared it instead of multiplying it by 4. My brain imploded and I tried to find the area. Whoops.

Getting all of them right for this week helps.
Though the one for Monday, Aug 6 was really hard. (feel free to laugh at me, ok)
I was really paranoid of getting one wrong.

Did anyone see today's question? HAHAHAHAHA
They call that medium difficulty?
Please, someone pinch me. I actually was believing that it was a trick question.

I need to do these more often lol. I always forget about it.
Todays question was sooooooo easy!!! I was thinking if there was a word that could've made it a trick question, but there was none!! I was like WOW!!

What would this equate to on the actual SAT? And are the reading questions even remotely similar to many of the ones on the actual test? They seem way to easy... I know that the actual test uses very advanced vocabulary.
