potenitial transfer - would like some input

I am a freshman engineer at Rutgers University. I’m thinking about transfering for Fall 2017. Here are my stats:

  • Honors Engineering Program
  • 2300 SAT, 1580/1600 CR+Math
  • 35 ACT
  • 800 SATII Math
  • first semester gpa: either 3.6 or 3.75 (waiting on one last final exam lmao) for the sake of judgement lets assume 3.6
  • rigorous courseload: calc 3 honors, physics honors, etc
  • weak highschool gpa after senior year (still above 3.0)
  • played sports, volunteered in high school
  • participated in case competition at Rutgers
  • part of two clubs at Rutgers
  • I consider myself to be a funny, likeable, and social guy (traits that many engineers objectively lack)
How would I fare at: Brown University, Cornell University, University of Pennsylvania, Duke University, UCLA, UC Berkeley, University of Michigan, and the University of Miami?
Also, can anyone suggest any engineering schools that might give me a good scholarship?
Thanks in advance guys, any and all input is appreciated.

The Ivies will be extremely difficult (particularly Harvard and Penn) regardless of when you transfer, I would recommend checking each program specifically about the best time to transfer (I believe Penn admits more incoming sophomore transfers than juniors). UCLA prefers a junior standing for its transfers (at least 60 credits prior to matriculating), so if you’re really interested in that school you may consider waiting another year. Additionally, in my experience there is very little merit scholarships for transfer students (I can speak on behalf of Michigan); most scholarships given (that I know of) correlate to financial aid.
