Potential cheating?

I had a dynamics final exam, in which i had 4 questions, from which for 2 i copied the solution from chegg.
The prof didn’t catch me at all. But while marking my paper in the next 2 days he sent me an email saying “Stop by my office, I need to speak with you”.

I don’t know what this is about. But I’m assuming I may have gotten a 100% (I have high 80’s in all previous 3 tests). OR the solutions i copied were not the same way he taught in class OR for the solutions I copied , they were the hard questions and perhaps no one else got them except me.

Either way he wants to talk to me about my final exam. Does he now have the right to accuse me of cheating? Does he have the right to ask me to re-do the question in front of him or explain the solution? (I won’t be able to explain it, it was a complicated one).

What can he do? And if any of the possibilities I mentioned above are true, what can I do? Is it a good enough excuse for me to say to him, I had 3 more exams after yours and I can’t remember all of the solutions, I crammed for your exam last minute?

I would assume that he has caught you cheating. Is it possible that you will get kicked out of school? We can only dream.

Your title is “potential” cheating. But you did cheat. Nothing potential about it. Yes, he can make you explain or retest, or he can just report and flunk you.
