Potential Transfer Advice

I am currently finishing up my freshman year at Wake Forest University, and am planning on applying to the business school, which I will most likely get into (undergraduate students do not declare their major until their sophomore year). However, the grade deflation at Wake is pretty significant. I applied to Umich out of high school, and was accepted into LSA. My GPA at Wake was a 3.43 after my first semester but will probably be around 3.3ish after this 2nd semester. Do I have a chance at getting into Michigan and will Michigan understand that I'm applying from a top 25 university that has known grade deflation? If I am accepted, I have taken all of the prerequisites for a business major, so what would my chances of applying to Ross be?

Overall, is it worth it to apply to Michigan with the chance of not getting in the business school or staying at Wake and almost surely getting into the business school?
