Practical technical classes for libby arts major?

I'm graduating with a libby arts BA soon and I wanna take some really practical classes in the summer and fall. School is free for me so I don't have to worry about expensive tuition fees. I'm going to Japan to find work there and I don't wanna teach English so I wanna be a more competitive applicant with technical skills to qualify for more interesting jobs. But I wanna build a pretty solid technical background without getting another degree (I'm willing to take 8 classes at most).

Since I wanna work in some kinda business analyst position, would stats be the most practical? What specific courses do you think are most attractive to businesses? I've only taken Calculus I & II and Data Structures (CS)...

Do you think this plan is pragmatic?

Taking courses won’t help you to secure a job, but I wish that I had taken an intro statistics course and a couple of computer science courses, as that would have helped me with the learning curve.

Statistics and economics knowledge is likely to be useful. Perhaps additional CS courses also.
