Pre-Business at Cornell but not AEM

is ILR good for this? i want to go into business (hopefully start my own business). i feel that ILR isn't to focused on what i would need in life. would i still be able to take some management courses etc in AEM, and if so how many?

you can take the most basic intro classes in aem but most of the upper level classes (300+ except for Finance) will be closed to non majors.

if you want to graduate with a business major then aem is way to go, if you just want to learn about business, entrepreneuship, private enterprise, etc for personal interests then you can take some NBA or NCC classes in the johnson graduate school of business.

What's an NBA and NCC?

Could anyone show me where on the website it says undergrad ILR students could take classes in Johnson?

I am gonna graduate and get an mba from ILR. I donno about how useful it is for pure entrepreneurial classes like in ur case tho.

you cannot get an MBA from ILR

I mean im gonna -after- ILR lol (coming from)

adp1869 nobody said you can get an MBA from ILR. That's not even what the OP was asking.

whwy cant you get an mba aftter ilr?

lol adp way to confuse the thread ;) . ADP meant u cant IN ILR. U can AFTER ILR tho lol.

NBA are business admin classes in johnson business school. some are open to non-johnson students (AKA YOU). NCC are common courses that are open to all students. Both may have some relevance to what you are interested in. As for MBA anyone with a bachelors can get an MBA... granted you can get into an MBA program.
