The title says it all. Should I apply to AEM or IRL if I want to "concentrate" on International Business?

Cornell only has one undergraduate Business program, and that is AEM, in CALS. Of course you can do ILR and go into the corporate world...but ILR is not a business program like AEM is. AEM was ranked as the #4 best undergrad Business program in the U.S this year, by the way. If you want a strictly undergrad business education at Cornell, AEM is the place to be.

I had my heart set on AEM until I received a brochure/letter from IRL Cornell. Apparently, some percentage of graduates go on to business.

AEM is mad competitive. Around ~90 spots for freshman, of which 20 are "reserved" for athletes from what I've heard.

^ it's ILR by the way :P

Same thing... :P

Does anyone know how many freshman are accepted to ILR each year?

on average, a little less than 250 acceptances are given to freshman applying to ILR. of these, around 60-70% actually go there.
