<p>There’s not a pre-law club as far as I know, but there is a pre-law advisor, it used to be Prof. Alice Hearst, who is an amazing lawyer, but I don’t know if it’s still her. She gives great advice, and is a wonderful mentor to anyone who is lucky enough to have her as an advisor, either for academics or law. </p>
<p>There are a lot of people at Smith who are pre-law or potential pre-law students. There are usually LSAT prep courses run by Kaplan held on or near campus.</p>
<p>I remember hearing about a new pre-law type club, which I believe is still in the process of being chartered (so there is not much info on it available).</p>
<p>There is a Smith College Law Society which might be able to provide some good info. I am a first year with a strong interest in law. My understanding is that prof hearst is going on Sabbatical next year</p>
