Pre-med at USC

<p>Does anyone know anything about premed at USC? </p>

<p>How strong is it? How is the advising staff? How many applicants get into a medical school they apply to? How many get into their first choice? Does USC send any students to the top 10 medical schools? ...etc.</p>

<p>If anyone knows anything about this I would be very grateful for any information you could give me about this.</p>

<p>If there are any current premeds here could you give some general comments and maybe even give me a screen name or email address where I could reach you? I would love to talk to you about your experience with premed at USC.</p>

<p>I scanned through the USC applicants, but there's only 12 of them since 1999 and I can't tell how qualified each candidate was in terms of the general USC class. Those with good stats seem to have placed into some nice programs... others... well... they placed nowhere.</p>

<p>I don't know... I just wish there were more published statistics about this topic for USC. I'm a little uneasy about going there when I'm so unsure about the quality of their premed program.</p>
