Pre-Med, but want to major in either Anthropology/Psychology/Economics....thoughts?

<p>So im doing pre-med but im having trouble deciding on a major. What are the 3 i listed in the title like at UT? What are they like for pre-med students? How do they help with getting into medical school?</p>

<p>They don’t help in getting into medical school–your grades do, so choose the major that you can get the highest GPA in OR one that you legitimately like, not one that you’re just taking to get into med school, because you may change your mind about med school, trust me! :D</p>

<p>Now, if you’re considering a “back-up” major in case you don’t make it into medical school, definitely stick with ether psychology or economics, unless you are really interested in anthropology. Good luck!</p>
