I’m looking to major in pre-med and am looking into the University of Miami. How is their pre-med program? I’m looking at schools in the southeast of the US.
U of Miami is home to one of the most renowned medical schools in the southeastern United States, surely. If you do well, you will get into medical school. From what I’ve read, however, it will not carry you through pre-med like a crutch, as many infer from any school’s high ranking. Like anywhere, a fantastic GPA is imperative, along with MCAT scores.
