Biochemistry, Biology , or Chemistry -- Which degree do you find most suitable for pursuing Pre-Medicine? Personally, I find Biochemistry to be a rather monotonous topic to pursue for the next years of my academic life. Should I double major in biology and chemistry as opposed to selecting one? I need someone's insight into my current dilemma. Thank you.

You can select any major, from Anthropology to Womens' studies, as long as you do the premed requirements. I'm leaning toward major in chemistry and minor in economics...or the other way around. I'm not sure yet.

Technically speaking, you don't need to major in anything, or even to have completed a degree at all. Granted, not having one will reduce your chances of getting in.
