<p>Sure. We send plenty of people to med school: Emory, MCG, Vandy, Duke, Harvard, Wash. U. in St. Louis (several on scholarship!). GT kids do really well going to med school. They are used to the workload and know their science stuff.</p>
<p>GT has a great pre-med advisor (who cut her teeth at Emory). And GT has an active AMSA group.</p>
<p>Yep, although you should realize that BME is one of the most popular majors for incoming freshman, then many decide to switch because BME is theeee hardest major! There are lots of pre-med ChemEs, biochems, etc. But yeah pretty much EVERYONE is pre-med; some pre-med people decide to switch to some sort of engineering.</p>
