hey, any of you guys thinking of doing one of those pre-orientation program? or has anyone done it in the past and have opinions? i heard that the LAUNCH one was kinda cool, camping out and stuff... but i cant decide if i want to...

I have heard about this Student Life newspaper pre-orientation...does anyone know about it?

here's a link for a description of each:

i think they also send us a booklet or something about them all later this month

I'm doing the Student Life one!!!

I have some experience with journalism, so I might do the Student Life thing as well.

i went to launch my freshman year... it was tons of fun. It's not really camping... you stay in cabins. But there are lots of team building exercises and outdoor activities... canoeing, sports, campfires, etc, and you meet SO many people.

im doing WUTV: Uncensored

im stuck between launch and the leadership in st louis one. cant decide.

^ me too.
i'm leaning more towards launch though.

I think i'm going to do the leadership through service one

any looking at campus comedy?

I'm thinking leadership through service..... or a longer summer.

Still can't decide.

im doing campus comedy...although i suck at improv i hope to get so good washu theatre experience

Leading WashU Style is definitely the BEST Pre-Orientation, its run by Student Union (WashU Student Government)

I'm doing that one! Why do you think it's best though?

I'm thinking of doing the research and medicine one. Anyone else?
