I’m going with AP Stat

As I said earlier I took both just to be safe, remember your competing with so many other people, you want every edge possible. But, best wishes with whatever you decide is best for you.

I don’t recommend that at all, but it’s your choice.

I think you all should stop this, it is his/her? choice. I dropped AP German my senior year, which I was only taking for UVA, after I got deferred. Notice how I still got in. If you are just taking something you have no interest in just for a college there is no point in it. You should be able to enjoy your life and senior year and wherever you go to college is going to be a good fit for you, or you will transfer.

Hazelorb: I wish you would immediately stop being so tolerant and understanding. It is really annoying.

“Before you criticize someone, you should always walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you are ready to criticize them, you are a mile away from them and have their shoes.”

@Hazelorb,

we should stop what? answering questions posted on forums?

I mean, I just don’t see the point in telling a student that you think their decision is wrong after they solicited advice and then used that information to make a choice. It is just after the fact now.

Guys, cool you jets. It’s getting heated in here.

haha. public forum free speech. yup.

I think its a good choice! I’m in AP Stats this year and I don’t regret it-although I’m also taking a Calc course.

Would you be able to take a pre-calc course over the summer at CC or something? It might be fun, and you’ll have it under your belt if you ever need it in college. One of my friends did that so he could skip to Calc AB in his junior year, and the credit transfers to the school he’s at now, so he isn’t required to take additional math courses.

I wish I could but I have summer plans that I believe would benefit me more than a pre-calc course. :/
