Predict your score for the PSAT

I actually don't have a prediction, but I figure it would get some stuff off CCer's chests.

i think i got a 200-210

80 math
70-75 writing, possible i could get higher than 75, but dunno (i got 80 on the practice test, after thinkig i would get around 70 so who knows)
60-70 CR, most likely low 60s

so from 210-225 (hopefully the latter, lol)

Well looking thru the official psat thread. And realizing I made so much careless errors in math and propably many more I thought I got right, along with me not omitting any and just plain guessing on some, and my really bad vocab. and langauge skills. I think I go like 160

M-60
CR-50
W-50

So I just need to improve by 50 pts for next years psat and becomce a semi-finalist

High 70s for Math
Low to mid 70s for Writing
and low to mid 60s for Verbal.

I'm hoping for a 210+. If I do, I'll be set when I take the PSATs as a junior.

around 75 for math
around 60 for writing
around 64 for cr
so around 200

I'm hoping for the best so:
Math:80
CR:75
Writing:75

I got 236 on the practice one and I took it timed but this one seemed a lot harder in the first CR and writing sections.

Math:74-80
CR:35-40
W:50-55

I know I'm dumb!!

Math : 76-78
Critcal Reading :68-70
Writing:76-78

Range: 220- 226
If this is the case, I ama NMSF - I hope my prediction is right!!

120 :(

math: 77
cr: 78
writing: 78
233

Optimistically-
cr-74
m-60
w-70
i'm guessing my composite will be in the low 200ish range. I just hope saying that isn't jinxing it!

75cr/70m/75w for a total of 220. That estimate is based on a practice test score of 232 (80/72/80) and a sophomore year score of 214 (can't remember section scores).

math 600-650
english 600-650
writing 680-730

I am overall more confident about my score than those #s, but I usually do worse and don't want to jinx it. I thought this was the easiest out of all the PSAT tests I have taken - with the exception of the sentence completion that was average/normal/okay

What is the consensus of the PSAT?

Harder than last year?
Possibly a better curve?

knowing the ones I missed so far...
cr: 78
math: 77
writing: 80
total: 235

probably missed more, so im hopping at least in the 220-240 range

Math: 80
Critical Reading: 75-78
Writing: 72-75

227-233

I got a 222 on a PR pre-test, but I boosted my writing a lot, and got my math up to 80's...

NMSF cutoff in Florida is 214... I should be fine.

okay, so if the saturday psat is easier, than how is that fair to u guys?
btw i'm taking it on saturday

if your test is easier, the WED PSAT takers will have a much better curve which means less points off for getting questions wrong ....

70 math (3 careless errors ARGH, was expecting 80) 80 writing, 70 something critical reading.
