Prefixes/suffixes vs Vocabulary

I searched for topics on vocabulary on the SAT on this board and most recommend Barron's 3500 list. I was planning on learning those words but some recommend to learn prefixes/suffixes/roots.

I was looking for a list of prefixes/suffixes and I came up with this:
<a href="http://www.flashcardexchange.com/flashcards/list/389529%5B/url%5D">http://www.flashcardexchange.com/flashcards/list/389529</a>
<a href="http://www.flashcardexchange.com/flashcards/view/389507%5B/url%5D">http://www.flashcardexchange.com/flashcards/view/389507</a>
(Obviously, there are a lot more that I have to learn)

Do you think it's better to learn the 3500 words or the prefixes/suffixes/roots?
I'm a junior and I plan on taking the SAT's in March.

double post

bump. I purchased Barron's how to prepare for the SAT, that also has a list of prefixes/suffixes/roots.

In the 3500 word book they have a prefix suffix list as well.

Yup, is it better to memorize those or all the vocab?

O i studied vocab. Prefixes imo dont help much..

Ok, thanks :) I'll focus on vocab then.
