<p>Where would YOU go for premed, Duke or Dartmouth?</p>
<p>I did some research and it seems they both have about 85% placement into med school.</p>

<p>They have very different atmospheres. I can offer you an opinion on Duke (based on hearsay and parental experience), however I know little to nothing about Dartmouth. I am pretty sure Duke has the best primary care in the nation, and I am sure you would be able to get a lot more “hands on” there as opposed to Dartmouth. The weather is a no brainer, and North Carolina is a very nice place at both extremes. </p>
<p>I think I would have more fun at Duke, but I really cannot say. A person that comes to mind who has experience with Dartmouth would be hmom5, you can speak with her. May I ask what pulls you over to the Dartmouth side?</p>

<p>Won’t make a hill of beans worth of difference. Student bodies are very similar. Opportunities the same. Go where you’ll most comfortable, and then challenge yourself.</p>
