<p>I want to go on to med school after college and I know the dance major mixed with premed requisites probably sounds weird but as everyone says you should major in something you're good at and that you enjoy and I've been in dance school for 12 years and it is something I really enjoy along with science and I know dance would be easy for me to do well in, in college & on top of that I enjoy it..what are your thoughts? Is it a bad idea and is it too weird?</p>

<p>no, i don’t think so. it might even work in your favor come time to applying to med school. everyone does bio/chem majors so it’d be unique major in dance :)</p>

<p>You can major in whatever you want to and I think in your case it’s a good thing because med schools promote diverse majors</p>
