While Pittsburgh is off the I - 95 northeastern corridor , it is a vigorous tech & biotech metro area. Another public dust - up , this time at a leading independent school in metro Pittsburgh & PA…a busy summer in independent school governance issues . Hope things work out.

Great alert about Atlanta’s Westminster Schools, but the letter is too long & repetitious.
In my opinion, the writing would be more effective if it was concise.
There is an article in The NY Post @ a grass roots parent organization from schools including Dalton, Buckley, and Collegiate with similar concerns to the mom from Westminister.

The usual culture war hyperbole, with some anti-mask/anti-vax nonsense thrown in for good measure.
“We need to start putting the heat on and it’s going to be through the media and our next line of attack will be shaming these schools so much that donors start putting up a fight,” one mom said.
If a significant portion of the school community agreed, then she wouldn’t have to involve the culture war mongers to “turn up the heat.”
Impossible. Racism doesn’t exist anymore. At least that is what we are all supposed to pretend.
