Preparing to take ACT

For those who got a high score in 2016 October and December ACT, what material/books you used to prepare for the exam? Any tips?

I got a 36 on the September 2016 ACT and I took all 5 of the free practice tests available online, and reviewed my wrong answers. On the practice tests I got 2 34s, then 2 35s, then a 36 so I already started out high, but it definitely helped me improve.

can u please tell me which all websites u used??

I used the links prepscholar put up

I got a 35 and used The Real ACT Prep Guide and found a PDF online of “McGraw-Hill’s 10 ACT Practice Tests” book. An overall tip– working on improving your strategy and timing as you go along is more helpful than taking tons of practice tests. (Basically, don’t think you need to study seven hours per week to do well.) Pay attention to the types of questions you get wrong and how much time you spend on each section. (Especially for reading– I’d always end up with like four minutes left by the last section and bomb it. It’s better to just try to finish everything and go back to the ones you weren’t sure about)

Good luck!!!
