<p>I was saddened to receive a letter the other day that Frances Ferguson will be retiring at the end of the next academic year. She came on board after I graduated, and although I had only met her once ( and she happens to have the same breed of dog that I did-- just show's great taste!), she was lovely and well respected by all. Hard to believe she's been there for 20 years. Hers will be very difficult shoes to fill.</p>
