Does anyone know the ACT/SAT range for the big scholarship? The website wasn't very forthcoming. Also, what kind of extracurriculars are they looking for?

Last year, people were awarded the scholarship from below 1300 on SAT up to 1600, with the bulk of people being in the 1450 to 1600 range. Activities/leadership and essays are really important. Don't expect to be chosen with an average essay and average leadership.

they really look at extracurriculars and leaderships GPA doesn't so much matter for this. For the honors program it is more SAT and GPA based

I have a low score for the SAT/ACT but good EC's and leadership would I have a chance for the psp, and is it possible for GT to look at different scores (mostly the Decemeber scores) for admission, considering GT does not look at december scores for psp

yeah SAT isn't the main point of psp, but I've never heard of those scores so probably not.

the average range for PS winners is 1440 - 1510 or somewhere around that number.

also, for those who have applied if the status page reads CONFIRMED does that mean they received ALL necessary stuff including ACT/SAT score?

BUMP I have the same question as lilshamz.

Are there any people who received the PSS on here? I've got some questions for you.

Actually, the honors program doesn't look much at grades and test scores:
Georgia Institute of Technology :: Honors Program :: FAQs

I went to a presentation on the PSP and they quoted statistics. The ones I remember are that 60% of the PS recipients are in the top 5 people of their class, 80% have at least a 1500 combined SAT(M and CR) and 90% had straight As for all four years. They had other stats, too, like the number of AP credits they came in with, but I can't remember anything else specifically. Did anyone else see that presentation?

Do they look at ACT scores and SATIIs
