Does anyone know how prestigious (relative to what and what would help) being an officer on the Executive Board for a District (e.g. Cali-Nevada-Hawaii/CNH District) in Key Club is? There are four types of officers you can be: 1) District Governor, 2) District Secretary, 3) District Treasurer, and 4) District Technology Editor.

It’s good to rise to that level, but you have to note your “responsibilities and impact,” not just the title. If you manage something let adcoms know. Aim for some role where you really make a difference.

On a scale to ten, probably between 1 and 2.

It is higher than a school office, like Drama Club President, but unless you do something significant with it, like run a workshop, organize a special project it will not matter. I don’t really think it is as low as a two, however, because the board could actually accomplish something.
