I was wondering is it possible to go to a prestigious med-school even if you go to a small not very prestigious undergrad college like Earlham? Will med-schools not let me in because my college was not prestigious enough even though I got good grades there? I am about to decide which college to attend so need to know.

First of all I would not be apologetic for attending Earlham. One of my residents is a program director now at a major medical center in his state and is an Earlham graduate.

For better or worse, medical school admissions are more closely tied to MCAT scores, to a lesser extent GPA. Sure, you can still be torpedoed by a bad reference letter or a lousy interview, but where you do your undergraduate is pretty low on the list if you have a high enough MCAT score.
