Applied to Questbridge

wow the extremely low income may help you out. you rose from low monetary problems. I think you may have a chance. Princeton likes people who overcome hardship.

You may also want to look at Pomona College which is part of the Claremont Colleges in California. Pomona is a QuestBridge partner. You are certainly qualified for Princeton, as well.

You are missing a few important parts--

(1) Your grades. A 91.76 is about a 3.67 GPA tops. Since Princeton's average is around 3.88, it's not looking good

(2) Test scores. The SAT II biology is 710 (doesn't matter that it was taken freshman year--you still need three SAT IIs for Princeton). Also, an SAT of 2295 is very good (the equivalent of a 34 ACT) but there will be many applicants with higher scores than this.

(3) Awards--you have applied and competed, but I don't see that you have won anything yet.

The ECs are very impressive except for what was mentioned above. The cancer research and neurology internship are good.

It's possible you might get into Princeton, but if I was ranking your chances, I'd have to say Slight Reach.

Best of luck, though.

Yea I know its going to be a reach. But some people told me it would be a SUPER SUPER reach.

Fmily Income was actually less than 13,000 for the 2006 year. will be 24,000 for 2007
