lol I think that we're asking about food etc. because we're GOING there in two weeks!

Umm that's great for you Jimmy but not all the people on this board are high schoolers and we're just trying to know as much as we can about our home for the next 4 years. Forgive me for getting excited about food on Nassau Street and other trivial matters. Outward appearance does matter, I fell in love with Princeton because its appearance drew me in. It's the quirky details that distinguish a school, and there's nothing wrong with wanting to know about the little things. Like, I already know about all those "indepth" things you listed, so it's forgivable to talk about food and squirrels I think.

Haha, nice zante. I agree. Hope I can join you next year! Eh well with my not so great math SAT scores probably not... maybe they will like my perfect writing scores and 5 on AP english since I'm majoring in English?

jimmy - we know all those indepth things you mentioned and we love them : ). You're correct, those are some of several very important reasons we chose this school. However, having been admits for a relatively long time already, those things have already been discussed at great and rapturous length. This discussion here is all in good fun, but if you think about it, also quite valuable for filling in all the little details about pton life. I hope your app goes well; it sounds like you know why you want to be here : )

Sigh, bless you mea for saying everything I said in a MUCH nicer way :)

I love the way mea uses the word "here" to describe Princeton.

Also... you won't find out about the restaurants on Nassau from a viewbook or website. The non-viewbook-style random info is why a lot of people are here, and not out-of-place on a thread called "Princeton Campus Visits." There are many more awesome things about Princeton than one thread could possibly express. :-)
