3.5 gpa
2150 SAT
regular decision - obviously
worth trying?
i feel like they'd see my gpa and just kind of be like "well, let's move on"
be honest please
and yeah there's the 'Oh, it's a holistic process' but to be more realistic, GPA is sort of that standard BIG thing that every ivy league kid has to have

…Unless you created a vaccine for Ebola, then no.

I do think your GPA is too low, I wish I could have better news but I don’t. Although, you could apply to another school, do a semester or so, and transfer.

Good Luck!

SAT is below average and GPA is well below average. I wouldn’t recommend wasting the money on the application. I had the same SAT and a higher GPA and didn’t get into USC, let alone Princeton

Getting into a hot major is a long shot. A humanities major on the other hand…?

Sorry, unless you have stellar recommendations (from Obama) or like someone posted, the cure for ebola it isn’t worth it

As much as I hate to say this, or even bring it up… its probably worth it to apply if you are some sort of a URM.

Actually, only do that if you have above average ECs for ivy league-esque students.

If you dont have either of the aforementioned things, then save the money, unless you have extra time and money lying around for submitting the application.

Ooh…try going in undecided and declare later? Maybe…

Yeah I decided against it. It’s all good, though. there are still other great colleges out there for me
