Princetonians!

The princetonians have found out. Check out the Princeton boards.

Noooo...some of us have found out. The lucky ones. Like you. The rest of us are still waiting :)

I hate waiting.

Huh?! I'm so confused! SOME of you have found out? Explain, please!!!!!!! I have a friend who applied, and I haven't heard from him since Friday...

franklin-Princeton sends it out by mail, so in New Jersey and some parts of New York, where people live very close, they got the letter. The rest of the east coast and some of the midwest should get it on Monday, and the west coast on Tuesday.

I see. Thank you so much for the explanation!

You're welcome. Princeton is really confusing about their application process, I'm not gonna lie.

...confusing? More like "obsolete," lol.

Haha, yeah. Princeton, you really need to get on the "modern technology" train. Or maybe this is their way of being exclusive and mysterious?

Well, there is nothing like having the piece of paper in your hands. Some go for technology. Princeton goes for authenticity and tradition.

Everyone eventually gets the piece of paper. A lot of people, freaks with an unlimited patience supply :), choose to wait for the postman.

yes, but at least with mail, if you get a rejection you're done, if it's by email, it's like going through it twice,

Yalies,

If you don't get into Yale, there's always Princeton.

It's not that bad here. I swear.

Good point.

Even IF I get in to Yale, I still will consider Princeton.

second that

third that...it was tough (at first) to choose between the two for early..

I'm applying to Princeton, too, but only for its curriculum. Anything else, the people I saw there, its website, its viewbook, the info session, really bored me. It seems kind of preppy and uninteresting. Yale is so much better!! (but then again, most people reading this would agree that it is.)

jb13- I went through the smae thing

Yale was my first choice (though even more so after SOO many hours on CC), but a great lure was the non-binding early action. I wasn't ready to make a committment.

second that too( are you my twinn?)
