Printing out SAT practice tests

... is a waste. Let's just admit it right now.

So, I was wondering if there was a way you guys used your computer/technology to allow you to complete the tests without printing them out?

True, I can print them out in school, but my librarian came up to me and warned me to stop using paper one day.

So yeah?

Is it an online test?

It’s a pdf… so I guess not? lol idk

Yeah, I doubt it. You could open a Word/Excel document and input your answers there, just to keep them in one spot.

I know, but you know how sometimes you need to write it down and scribble in the margin? Or sometimes underline? etc. Is there a program where I can do that?

I tried printing out tests. Didn’t really fit my style considering my paper in the house is amazingly thick. The one thing I can recommend though is printing out the answer sheet. Sure it is like 5+ pages, but it is definitely worth it. It brings you closer to that testing experience when you go to practice. At the end of the day shading in circles is an element of the test many people forget about when they go to practice. And if your local print place (library or w/e) can print a document to be double sided, then it not only saves paper but it can easily simulate the test day.

Your librarian honestly has no right to tell you to stop using up paper. I remember my school librarian told me that when I had to print out a 15 page essay cause my printer failed me a week before it was due. I told her there is plenty of paper in the school and that the school’s budget is more than plentiful enough to buy over a million sheets of paper. And plus my school librarian hates me cause I chewed gum in the hallways and teachers refused to care.

I doubt there’s an easy way, might be better just to forgo that (or use your own scratch paper, particularly for the math section).

Well, my school has MAJOR budget cuts and she sometimes slip her own paper (that she brought!) into the printer so I can print out my tests. She really isn’t being rude, though I can see how it might sound like that…

And thanks for all the recommendations. I think Ii have a way on attempting how to solve my no-paper crisis. (:
