<p>this probably has been asked many times but me and my friend were both wondering so if anyone knows it is greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>im looking where to get low interest private loans. my parents credit is REALLY good and dont mind cosigning and im hoping for loans cheaper then the parent plus loans cause they do not want me to take that</p>

<p>Their local bank is probably an excellent place to start! Btw, you don’t take PLUS loans, they do.</p>

<p>If your parents have equity in their home, they might want to look into a home-equity line of credit. The rates should be considerably lower than the PLUS loan, plus there might be tax advantages.</p>
