Private Student loans?? Help

<p>How can I get one? I need a private student loans so I can take a summer course. I need approximately $1200. However, I do have <em>good credit</em> according to freecreditreport.com but I am currently unemployed. My mother on the other hand, has bad credit but does have a job. THe problem is, I can't seem to find a lender for me to get an approve private loan, even if my mom co-signs it, it still isn't approve. Help!! :(..</p>
